HOW TO CONTACT ME

From 1 January 2026, due to Royal Mail delivering items 6+ months late and 9+ months late recently, I will make contact by email only.  Please do not contact me by snail mail, if you do I can't guarantee I'll receive it and I would recommend that you send your letter by recorded delivery

If you have contacted me by snail mail in the past 6+ or 9+ months and received no response - please create a ticket on here

Any letter that has been received either with a 6+ or 9+ month delay will be responded to by email if your letter contains an email address, if not, your letter will be responded to by fax

If you'd prefer to send a text message, you can send it to (07446) 13 67 68 or fax me on the same number

"DO NOT REPLY" will now also mean "DO NOT READ"

If your company, such as bank, sends a letter every time an interest rate changes, branches change their opening hours, location or branch closure etc and your email is marked as "Do Not Reply" you'll now find I'll consider it now also marked as "DO NOT READ" as well

This is due to having received a letter marked as do not reply, the sender couldn't be replied to and it took me two hours to work out how to contact the company concerned

ACCESSABILITY

I do have accessibility requirements, I'm finding that they are either being ignored or being replaced by the wrong adjudgments 

This is like I'm saying I'm blind and instead of receiving written material in braille, I'm receiving the information in large print instead.  You don't have to be a brain surgeon to work out a blind person can't see and would need printed material in braille - it's a shame this isn't the mistake people make - as I'd love to joke and say that my guide dog can't read

Despite the way this website appears to colour code categories - please do not colour code anything as I'm colour blind.  Each category here has a totally random colour code, please do not infer anything based on what a colour category is

TELEPHONE ISSUES

This year the mobile telephone companies are going to stop the 2G and 3G network.  I've no idea what 2G or 3G is, nor why only 5G will be used in future.  But my mobile phone is no more!

Also landlines are being changed to VOIP, so no phones for me

CATEGORY

Please choose the most appropriate category based on the perceived level of customer care your company provides.  The category maybe increased or decreased based on the actual quality of what customer service you provide and priority of the ticket

MUTE / MUTING TICKETS

In the event that the system incorrectly responds to a rogue ticket, you can request your email address or domain name be muted, this will hopefully prevent this system responding - change your ticket priority to "mute" and once you are muted the category will be changed to "muted"
